A list of nationalities that can register their marriage in Thailand

Below you will find who can register in Thailand, but not all of the countries where some of our registered couples hail from.

This does not mean we can still get them registered. As all rules change from time to time, ask us for current requirements and details.

Basically, we can help arrange your marriage registration or document preparation if you or your spouse-to-be are from almost any country – as long as you get affidavits from your embassy in Bangkok saying you are free to marry under Thai law. If you wish to talk with us about your specific requirements, please feel free to get in touch. As things change often, it is best to contact us directly before any travel bookings are made for current updates.

Don’t worry if you do not see your country! Just ask us, as we may have already done it as well. Or better still, we’d love to add another country pin into our marriage map!

We will tell you who can register their marriage in Thailand.
